Onity Mortgage offers you the convenience of electronic delivery and signature (eSign) for account-related information that may otherwise be sent in paper form through US mail or by a shipping provider.

Onity Mortgage is required by law to provide you with certain disclosures and information about your transaction. With your consent, Onity Mortgage can deliver documents to you by displaying the documents electronically, and requesting that you sign, print and/or download the documents and retain them for your records.

To access your documents electronically, you must review and accept this consent form.

This notice contains important information that you are entitled to receive before you consent to electronic delivery of documents. Your consent also permits the general use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your transaction. Please read this notice carefully and print or download a copy for your files.

After you have read this information, if you agree to receive documents from Onity Mortgage electronically, and if you agree to the general use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your relationship with Onity Mortgage, please click the I Agree button where indicated.

Providing Consent: If you consent to electronic delivery of documents, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

If you consent to electronic disclosures, that consent applies to all documents Onity Mortgage gives to you or receives from you in connection with your transaction and the associated notices, disclosures and other documents.

Your consent does not mean that Onity Mortgage must provide the documents electronically. Onity Mortgage, at its option, may deliver documents or otherwise communicate with you on paper. Onity Mortgage may also require that certain communications from you be delivered to Onity Mortgage on paper at a specified address.

We will deliver communications to you in writing even if you consent to receive those communications electronically, if the law prohibits electronic delivery of those communications to you. After consenting to receive and deliver documents electronically, you may, upon request, obtain a paper copy of the documents by contacting Onity Mortgage at the methods listed above.

Retention of Electronic Documents: You agree to print out or download documents and keep them for your records. If you have any trouble printing out or downloading any documents, you may call us for assistance. If you need to update your email address or other contact information with Onity Mortgage, you may do so online or by contacting us.

Withdrawing Consent: Your consent to eDelivery remains in effect until you withdraw it. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures, you may do so electronically or by contacting Onity Mortgage via the methods listed above. Withdrawal of your consent to receive communications electronically may also cause paper communications to be mailed only to certain borrowers on the account via the US Postal Service or other delivery service. We will not impose a fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive communications electronically. Your withdrawal of consent will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.

Hardware and Software Requirements:
The browser support policy is to support the most current and prior version of the following browsers that receive technical support and security updates:
•    Microsoft Edge
•    Mozilla Firefox
•    Apple Safari
•    Google Chrome

In addition to a supported browser, you must have the ability to view and/or download pdf files.
If you do not have the required software and/or hardware, or if you do not wish to use electronic records and signatures for any other reason, you can request paper copies of the document(s) to be sent to you by Onity Mortgage. I also have a printer if I wish to print out and retain Communications on paper, and electronic storage if I wish to retain Communications in electronic form.

If our hardware or software requirements change, and that change would create a material risk that you would not be able to view or retain your Communications electronically, we will give you notice of the revised hardware or software requirements. Continuing to view and retain Communications after receiving notice of the change is reaffirmation of your consent.

By providing your consent, you are indicating that you have read the information about the use of electronic records, disclosures, notices, and email, and consent to the use of electronic records for the delivery of documents in connection with servicing of your mortgage account with Onity Mortgage. You have been able to view this information using your electronic device and confirm you have a printer if you wish to print out and retain Communications on paper, and electronic storage if you wish to retain Communications in electronic form. You have an account with an Internet service provider and can send email and receive email in place of written documents and handwritten signatures. You are also confirming that you are authorized to, and do, consent on behalf of your Account
