Hi! I’m Tim Schlich and I’m proud to be Loan Officer here at Onity Mortgage Corporation, f/k/a Onity Mortgage Corporation! Growing up in a large family in small-town Ohio taught me early on how foundational financial stability and homeownership are for family well-being. After earning my Master’s in Business, I spent two years dedicated to full-time community service and volunteer work, an experience that instilled in me a deep commitment to helping others. Today, I bring that same dedication to my clients. As your Loan Officer, I take the time to truly understand your goals and clearly explain your options, ensuring we find the best possible financial solution together.

Outside of work, I am a proud "girl dad" who enjoys reading and exercise. I look forward to working with you!
